Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: As a small, family-run business, I ship orders twice per week to ensure every unit is packed correctly. 

SHIPPING METHOD: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) to keep costs low for the community. 

TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Fifth Stone is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
