Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL: Due to the limited nature of our drops and the specific mission of Fifth Stone, all sales are final.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong unit, please email info@fifthstonegear.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: We can cancel and refund an order only if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
